This class is for absolute beginners! Hatha is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America which concentrates on physical health and the calming of one’s mental well-being.  Basic postures and stretching, in combination with proper breathing techniques, will promote flexibility, balance and strength within the body.  Scientifically developed, these postures align the body and increase circulation. Each participant must wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and be able to get up and down from the floor. Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Registration means that you intend to attend all 8 classes

To be included in the initial registration for this program we must receive your registration request by 5 PM, Monday, June 21, 2010. Be advised, programs may already be filled for registrations received after that date.
