About the event
Come join Members of the 28th Pennsylvania Civil War reenacting unit and local historian, Mike Jesberger, for a day of fun and history. The 28th PA unit will share the details and stories of the Civil War soldiers' life in 1861-1865. The program will include a small campsite, period uniforms, flags, equipment and weapons complete with musket firing demonstrations.
Those interested in signing up for the Union Boys in blue can do so in a recruiting scenario and learn to march and drill like a Civil War soldier. We look forward to seeing you at this event!
