Join Maureen Sangiorgio and Brandy Barndt for a situational awareness class!
This workshop will teach about being aware and making good choices. You'll learn about situational awareness and basic self-defense releases and strategies for protection of you and your family.
Master Brandt has studied taekwondo for almost 40 years. An art that has a strong moral culture and teaches your example, followed by your voice, is the most powerful weapon.
In addition, the children's book "The Yellow Zone" will be shared and available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop M, Camp Cadet program.
