Understanding personal care and attendant care?
It turns out that personal care and attendant care are often used interchangeably, but there seems to be a subtle difference. I was helping a friend research options for her mother, who needs daily assistance, and I kept seeing both terms pop up in various descriptions. I'm trying to understand if there's a functional distinction that would impact the type of services my friend should seek.
